To assist businesses in the Gulf Savannah and Tablelands to pass over to the next generation or to business partners, or to help with business sale plans.

Outcome

A range of workshops and mentoring support was delivered. Family businesses were supported to develop succession plans. Training was provided to develop succession planning expertise and a new business, Commercially Speaking, was established by two of the trainees to deliver these services locally.
