To deliver a Future Visions workshop for the business community and other stakeholders across the seven Gulf Shires, to:

• look at the key factors which will shape the Gulf economy into the future (eg: climate change, peak oil)

• define opportunities for local businesses and identify areas where external support is needed
• to create a vision and action plan for the Gulf business community.

Outcome

• Business community and other stakeholders informed about factors likely to affect their future
• Future opportunities identified for business development
• A vision and action plan established for the Gulf business community.
